At Merchant of Tennis, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and racquet plastic wrap intact. Footwear must be returned in the original branded box without shipping labels attached directly to the box.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in a sturdy shipping box, including a copy of your invoice and the RA number. Affix the shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
